ZARTEK RECHARGEABLE SPOTLIGHT

Purchased a Zartek ZA-460 Rechargeable Spotlight about 4 yrs ago. Excellent product and no problems up until now when the battery pack needed replacement. Contacted the Cape Gate branch on 07.10.2019 + requested them to order one. A week later when I was in the area, I popped in to follow up on the progress only to discover the order had never been placed. They were unable to advise whom/where the suppliers were but assured me it would be ordered (i.e. on 11.10.2019). Two weeks later I was contacted X 3 times to tell me that all was still 'in progress' - to date I have never heard from them again. In the interim I went to Tygervalley branch + gave all my details, hoping to receive better service. I was assured they would do their utmost to ensure the item was ordered/received. Two weeks later I got a call to say they are still trying to 'source' the item. Today is 02.12.2019 - no feedback from Cape Gate or Tygervalley Branch. I was advised that they are the ONLY suppliers of this product and it is pathetic to sell a product where there is absolutely no after sale service/support. Think twice before ordering this item - it is not worth it should you have any problems/require parts to be replaced.
