Wrong product and stock information.

I went to Mall of Africa store today, took me 45 minutes to get there to get the K-Way Expansion 400 Sleeping Bag.

1. The website says there is stock but I was told there was none. When I started to protest, they 'found' one that was set aside for another customer. 2. On the website the sleeping bag is rated to -5 (extreme); however, the product in the store is rated +5 on the packaging and bag itself. This is an enormous difference and is completely false advertising on the website. Sales reps have no explanation or even knowledge about what the different temperatures mean. Told me it was probably a typo but this could be pretty serious if you get this kind of thing wrong.

Needless to say I left empty handed, angry that I wasted my time. Will do my best to avoid Cape Union in the future.
