Worst store in Brooklyn Mall

I bought shoes from them in the Brooklyn Mall Pretoria. After 3 months I had to return them as the sole was coming off. They swapped out the shoes with the same shoe again. After three months they I found out during a walk that they were not waterproof as stated. Took them back and they swapped with slightly more expensive model but I had to pay in. Less than a month later I was back because they too were not waterproof as stated. I have to now wait for my refund as they have procedures and I will only get my money back after 4 days and this after having to go back to their store now 5 times. They have no interest of sorting out my problem and would rather see me leave and never come back. Service is terrible I reviewed all these shoes on their website and my reviews do not show up as they obviously do not like bad reviews on their shoes. The reviews are clearly a **** where they write them all and they do not come from customers. KWAY is a terrible product and Cape Union Mart is a shop to stay away from.
