Worst service from Cape Union Mart ever

I wanted to buy a K-Way jacket from Cape Union Mart in Secunda. They did not have the size on the colour that I wanted. After asking them to order it for me online they said they did not have stock online for that size and colour. I requested them to see if they can get one from another store. After showing to me that they do have stock available in Pretoria, they told me that they cannot transfer the jacket because of a whole lot of reasons and were not even willing to phone them. I settled for a different colour but they did not have it in the correct size as well but ordered it online, which by the way I paid in full as well. After following up today after 4 working days they could not trace my order with an order number or with the slip and emails received from them. They could not refund me as well, because the jacket is not from their shop. After numerous calls from the staff they could not manage to get any status of delivery and told ne that the delivery can take up to 10 days, but the online policy states clearly 2 - 5 working days!!! K-Way SA And Cape Union Mart Secunda is a total JOKE. I had contact with K-Way SA on Facebook as well but even with this they did not even pick up a phone to resolve this issue. IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO PROVE ME WRONG THE CAN CALL ME ON ***
