Worst online service Cape Union mart in the world from a frequent online shopper

Worst online experience in 2026. I ordered on the 2 January 2026. I emailed on the 2 January regarding my order and only received a response on the 7th. In this day and age I have ordered from almost every store locally and internationally and never experienced such a slow delivery process. I expected like other retailers who are so fast that within 3 to 5 days I would have my delivery. I asked if my order can be cancelled considering it won't arrive for school by the 14th. They never even responded. I am shocked that they have the worst online service in the world. Don't know why they bother even having an online service.
