Worse online purchase ever.

I bought running shoes online. I will not recommend this to anyone. No indication was given when I can expect the delivery. Website said you will receive confirmation via email or sms which I never received. Online agent chat is useless, you cannot get hold of anyone. I finally got hold of someone telephonically, confirming they have received my payment. Eventually received an sms from Dawn Wing courier services, only to find out my WAYBILL number does not exist. This is by far the worse online service I have ever experienced!!
