An excellent service experience with Miguel, the manager at Cape Union Mart Rosebank Mall.

I wanted to return a Christmas gift but I had opened the box. Strictly this would normally mean that I would not be able to do so. Miguel took the initiative and found a solution that worked for both of us. Miguel's willingness to listen and his flexibility led to a rare positive shopping experience. We shook hands at the end of the transaction - a first for me in retail.

I will certainly be back.
