What terrible service from Cape Union Mart online store!

I bought 4 t-shirts from the Cape Union Mart online. 3 were delivered but the 4th never arrived. After several phone calls and even an in store visit to the Waterfront store, they eventually sent me a very ugly t-shirt not even resembling the one that I ordered.. their online team have been very unhelpful and at times down right dismissive.
