What happened to my back pack?

On 21/4/15 I handed in my back pack for minor repairs (Receipt 30660). It was indicated that goods would be ready within 4-6 weeks. During the period I made several inquiries, but it was indicated back pack was not received back from repairer yet. <br> <br> On 1/7/15 I sent email, but received no reply. I then visited the store on 4/7 and was promised the matter will be investigated and that I will be notified on 6/7. I was never contacted and phoned on 7/7 - This time I was informed that they were sourcing me another back pack and that I can collect before end of week. I followed up on 9/7 and was assured matter will be investigated and that I will be contacted today - It is now 17h56 and nobody contacted me yet - <br> <br> Could you please investigate and return my back pack!!!!
