What customer service should be like everywhere!

Cape Union Mart is one of my favourite stores. They have such friendly staff and you really know that they value customers. Their refund policy is awesome and will keep me coming back forever. I had some khaki shorts purchased from them and the zip broke two months after purchase whilst I was shopping in the mall! I went past the store and they promptly replaced them without any fuss or invoice! Keep up the great work guys, this is how you get customer loyalty!
