What a pleasure

I recently bought a new top at the JHB airport store to tie me over during a length delay. When I arrived in Europe I noticed that the top had a material flaw. I had not retained the receipt but when I returned to Cape Town 5 weeks later I took it back to my local store who with no fuss simply swapped the item for a new one.
