Waiting over a month for online shopping delivery
I placed online order for a pair of slippers on 1 May that is one month ago. I understand deliveries are delayed due to Covid but how long do I have to wait? I have followed up with call Centre via phone and e mail but to date have not even received a tracking number from the courier.
