WAITING FOREVER AND GETTING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

I bought an Jacket online during level 5 lockdown. A while AFTER I placed my order, my boyfriend also bought a light weight fleece. We knew we had to wait until it was permitted to courier the clothes, so did not have a problem with waiting. Then soon after they were allowed to courier, my boyfriend received his order which he placed AFTER mine. It has been TWO WEEKS, my order has not even been shipped yet. When I ask them for an indication, they never give me any straight answer. I email then daily and I have only gotten 2 replies. Still nothing !! Lots of my friends that has placed their order after me, have received there orders a week of 2 ago already. I am so disappointed in CUM. Their customer service is terrible !!!!! They have NO ORDER. Orders that came in first, just does not get ant attention.
