Voucher system a complete ****-up
So, for my birthday my wife buys me a R2500 voucher to spend at Cape Union Mart, to make this even better is that they have a sale on currently. From what we were told at the store she was supposed to get an sms that would enable her to retrieve the voucher number, which she did not receive at all.
We did a print out of the whole order screen and again there was no happiness with this. The store tried to phone the call center ( that shows they are open on Saturdays from 8am I think) with no answer.)
I am very disgusted with Cape Union at this moment, cannot use the voucher and also I will miss the Sale window on Salomon and K-Way, which means then the items that i wanted to purchase will increase in price probably.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY AT THIS STAGE!
Good day HEIN.SNJ,
Our sincere apologies for this disappointing experience.
As discussed, the voucher code will be sent to you manually.
Kind Regards,
Cape Union Mart
