VERY POOR SERVICE! Wrong size sent!

Your customer service is very bad! First I get sent a pair of shorts size 18 instead of a size 8, only to be told weeks later that you cannot locate stock when some of your outlets have the correct item. You'd think CUM would bend over backwards to get the correct pair sent to me as it was NOT my error in the first place! All I get is a lot of "so sorry about that!" and the promise of a refund! Please escalate your customer service to a higher level!
