Very bad service

I called the Kolennade branch to ask them if they have a bamboo long sleeve thermaskin vest in 2xl they said yes they have. I told the lady ( very rude) that I had a knee operation and a back operation I won't be able to come and collect the item from the store and can I pay extra then she couriers to me. She said I must look only I told her 3 times it doesn't have stock of the item otherwise I would've bought it online already. Then I told her I would send someone to pick it up because she doesn't want to help me then she dropped the phone in my ear. I am a fan op cape union mart for many years but if this is the service I receive from them in a time of need I won't support them every again.
