Very bad customer experience

am a regular and a very satisfied customer of Cape Union Mart ,since you have opens your doors for business I always have been treated in a very well behaved professional manner.

I have to report “ Johannes” as he does not want to supply me more deals wrt his Surname , a very Arrogant person saying if I want to report him I can refer to as “Johannes” Kollinade Store Manager”. My issues concerning was a bag that was purchased .Kway day pack back.

I friendly asked if they could assist me as I have never used my bag to be exchanged for a smaller bag .

The store personal said they can assist, ,but when it came to the store manager he addressed me with a very bad attitude, saying he is the Store manager, my bag was dirty ( apparently used ) and that it does not fit the needed criteria to exchange it, didn’t have sales tag ext.... If he only addressed me professional but , arrogant said no and in a bad manner .I feel he doesn’t have any customer relations and could have approached a customer professional and with respect. I would except the matterwitj my bag much easier ,but with the way I was treated I feel he must be addressed.

I am so going to report his bad and poor customer service to Hello Peter and my dismays will be advertised accordingly.
