Using COVID19 as excuse to not fulfill orders

They are delaying orders by over a month! Order placed, gladly took my money and now they're using COVID19 as an excuse not to fulfill orders. Thats a pathetic excuse, many other stores have fulfilled orders after level 5. They've also shut down all forms of communication, simply ignoring all of their customers. Will never deal with them again.
