Useless service and terrible quality of shoe

I purchased Salamon Xtiana Mid Boots on the 24/01/2015. I hiked in them for one day and already they started falling apart never mind the fact that they were purchased to climb Kili in March. <br> <br> I took them in for repair on the 10/02/2015 and stressed that I needed them repaired urgently as I needed to train in them and that I was climbing Kili mid March.<br> <br> I have been in the store 3 times already to follow up and each time the service person is on leave or they tell me they will follow up with the service department in Cape Town. I received one call saying they are working on it. I finally have reached my wits end as I am to hike Kili next week and yet have no shoes so it seems I will have to fork out another R2000 which is absolutely ridiculous and I am frustrated not only at the service but the quality of the shoe as well. It looks like I will need new hiking boots if they can not even survive a hike up Table Mountain.
