Useless service.

I bought an expensive Garmin watch - Fenix 7S Solar Sapphire on Cyber Monday, they sent me the wrong watch colour and I am having extreme difficulty in getting them to exchange it for the correct colour.

This is terrible service. What was supposed to be a gift for someone important now turned into a super annoying hassle that I cannot get sorted out. Please put someone competent on this case so that I can get the product that I paid for!!
