Useless online service

On the 26/03 i wanted to buy some few bags online @ poetry stores bt experienced problem then i initial thought i was with my bank I phoned my bank only to be told that the problem is with Poetry then i phoned poetry i was on hold for more then an hour i spent R130 on airtime had to end up cutting the call because i could get through....what frustrated me the most is on 30/03 i then went to DM Poetry on Instagram there **** to me telling me that there system was faulty bt now working properly and then went online to try and purchase the bags but to no avail....the sad part now is one of the bag i wanted is sold out.... online shopping from Poetry is pathetic..... I don't understand why u guys have live chat, Facebook page, or call centre because y'all don't reply on FB nor answer our calls or emails
