Unprofessionality of Manager
I was in the store to take out my lay-bye but I had a problem where I didn't have my slip with me. So I asked the cashier by the name of Amanda to help find my lay-bye on the system using my ID. However, she encountered a problem where she couldn't find it on the system. She therefore requested for help from her manager called Vernon (according to his name badge) he then found my details on the system. About seconds after, this Vernon guy insulted the cashier saying that \she does not know what shes doing
