Unprofessional Service from Store Manager

I drove all the way from Milnerton to Kenilworth poetry which I always do on Saturdays and the the time I got there , there was load shedding,systems were offline therefore couldn’t purchase anything.I got home called the store to check if they have stock of the Poetry Eirene bomber and spoke to a rude store manager by the name of Suraya or Sumaya. She was Screaming and shouting at me telling me the store is full therefore she can’t check I suggested she take my number and the name of the jacket I’m looking for and call me when they are not busy ,she refused and dropped the line on me. What’s disappointing is the manner she spoke to me as a store manager, I feel belittled. I know Poetry takes pride of their customers. I’m really expecting an apology from this store . 70% of my wardrobe is from Poetry, Tread&Miller, old khaki, Rare earth simply because of Quality. People like Suraya can easily destroy the brand because of the service they offer to the clients.
