Unprofessional Customer Service

On Tuesday 20 September I went to Cape union Mart in Nicolway Bryanston as their branch in Fourways did not have the size jacket I was looking for and they reserved one at Nicolway under my name.As we walked into the store, there was a black female behind the till and a white male having a conversation. I advised that a jacket has been reserved for me and I am coming to purchase it.I was abruptly questioned, what jacket? when and who did I speak to, and under what name was it reserved. As I was busy explaining, the lady behind the till starting screaming very loudly from the front of the store to the back if a jacket has been reserved for Charlene!!!. I was in total shock. She had no regard for us as customers and just started singing loudly to the music which was playing. Someone then eventually shouted back and confirmed. As she rang up the sale , I saw that I could buy flip flops for half price as the jacket was R1, 999.00. She saw that I was still deciding on which pair to buy, she still very rudely instructed me more than once to insert my card as I was paying with my debit card and still singing loudly to the music. I eventually asked her if she could give me a minute as I would like to purchase a pair of flip flops as well. She commented, " Oh you getting those at half price any way" After I paid I asked her if I could get my eft slip as I didn't know that the eft slip is actually on the receipt as well. She very abruptly asked me "WHAT" LOOK IN THE BAG!!, and because I only saw one slip, I asked her again for the card eft slip. She shouted ," WHAT, A FREE GIFT!!!" I have never experienced such bad, rude abrupt customer service and unprofessionalism. As a person of colour, to be more specific, from a coloured community I feel that I was being judged and looked down at , and it is very sad how this behavior is allowed in this day and age as a "rainbow nation". I am also in the retail business and if one of my colleagues treat any customer in that way I would feel embarrassed and ashamed and would have intervened, but the white male just stood there and did not intervene, which tells me a lot of this brand.
