Unpleasant online experience

I ordered a winter jacket online on 4 May 2020. Although I received the following email on 8 May 2020: "We are currently working through high volumes of orders and our team is working super hard to get everything out as soon as possible", I have not received any further communication or a delivery. Surely winter essentials should not be advertised on Facebook and the online store if the backlog just keeps on getting more and more?
