Unimpressed

Do NOT buy K-Way shoes. My father in law got me K-Way boots from Cape Union Mart Newcastle mid-April 2022 (4 months ago) and the soles are already falling apart. I went back to the store to complain about this and they said they would contact their complaints/return department and revert back to me. Two weeks later and I’m still waiting. The brand promises quality and durability for the thousands of rands you spend on them, but they have failed dismally. I hardly post here unless I really feel hard done, so you know that the customer service is I experienced is wack.
