Unhappy customer

I recently purchased a top from Cape Union Mart in Cavendish Square, the item was a cream long top with old khaki written on it. This item was on sale for R250, After I washed the item I noticed white spots, which I took back to the Cavendish Square branch and explained to one of the ladies behind the counter. Sadly they never had the size I was looking for. The lady called the Cape union mart in constantia Village, to check if they had the same item in a different color and smaller size. When I arrived at the Cape union mart in constantia village, the lady by the name of lamees mentioned that the item was not the correct item. By this time I was getting really irrates, driving from Cavendish all the way to constantia village, when I get there it's not the correct item. Lamees made a call to Canal walk to check if they had a smaller size and different colour, which showed on their system. Lamees mentioned she would get the item in which will take 7 working days to get to the store. While all of this is happening, one of the other consultants by the name of Tracey starts chirping from the one side of the store and says, it's a sale item they wont send it. Firstly I found this very rude and unprofessional, to chirp in to a situation you know nothing about. By this time I was extremely irrate and explained to her, Cavendish made me drive all the way here for the incorrect item. Then someone out of nowhere says they wont send the item to the store cz it's a sale item. I left my details with lamees and she was going to call me, which never happened. Eventually after a week I received an SMS stating my item has arrived at constantia village. I went to the store on the 26th July 2019, to exchange my item, which never happened. Apparently I had to pay in R200 as the item was no longer on sale. I explained to one of the ladies by the name of Zaida the whole story to begin with, and all she could say was, unfortunately they cant override the price they will refund the item back onto a gift card. The staff at constantia village Cape union mart, is not friendly and extremely rude. From the beginning when I stepped into the store they did not make me feel welcomed, the ladies on the sales floor would stand around and look at me like I'm not white enough to shop in the store.
