Job no 95362: The worst experience ever! We had purchased a R3000 3 in 1 jacket - the down jacket inside was a reject. They have sent back the jacket to the store with zero communication as was down the 2 previous times. The sales clerk called head office and they told him all they can offer us in 25% off a down jacket in store! So basically we need to pay to replace their reject product! Wow!!!! The most disgusting appalling customer service! This is open *******. Also the 25% can only be spent when picking up your jacket otherwise it expires and it has to be a men's jacket in the size of the reject jacket! Disgusted!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡
