Underpaying Temporary Staff
I'm a former temporary employee of Cape Union Mart located in Bellville, Cape Town. It is shocking to see how they take advantage of the temporary staff by paying them less than the minimum wage. It is disgusting and I am in the process with my legal team. They pay their staff R1 070 per month when the minimum wage is R3 500 pm. I would definitely not reccomend anyone for that matter to apply for work here. This is child labour. Cape Union Mart is ********* to the core!
