Undelivered Order
On Monday 27 February I received an sms that my parcel was out for delivery at the vaal mall store. I called the store to confirm if the parcel is there,they said no, surprisingly on my online profile it shows as delivered and received by Tasha. I sent an email to your store yesterday told I will be contacted till today no contact. I'm really disappointed at the poor service.
