Unacceptable Online service

I have never been so frustrated, I ordered a K-Way Jacket 1st July and till today I have not been contacted by Cape Union Mart to tell me if I am still going o receive this item.

After numerous emails and phone calls still no delivery, this is the worst service ever, it was my 1st purchase and definately will be my last one.
