Unable to purchace voucher using Discovery miles

Hi, I have tried now for the last 4 day's to purchase a voucher online using my Discovery Miles, but are unable to do so. I have tried to contact your contact center but only get voice mail. I have left a message requesting assistance from a manager, but no response. I need this matter resolved today!
