Tracking number does not exist with RAM

I received an email that our parcel has shipped. However when I check the tracking number with RAM - it does not exist. I have been calling all the numbers I can get from Cape Union Mart online - and no answer at any!!! <br> <br> This is the first time we try online shopping with CUM, the reality is your systems MUST BE flawless for online systems, and moreover when a customer wants to make a telephonic enquiry they MUST BE able to speak to someone. As a frequent online shopper, I can assure you that if you want to be a player in the online shopping arena you will have to up your game, the email generated communications are flawless but it is with dispatch and logistics that true success lies for online shopping. Nobody wants to call around because you provided incorrect tracking number, it appears shady and will create distrust to order online from CUM again.<br> <br> PS Can someone please contact me, so that I may enquiry about the tracking number.
