superb after sales service and standing by your word! purchased the K-Way Panorama 3 person tent online after having a brief look in-store. The quality of the tent construction stood out for me. My first trip was to Monks ***l in the Berg and it rained most of the weekend - no problems! It doesn't look like it, but the tent is large inside and I'm sure will easily sleep 3 people. When I was packing up, one of the pole eyes came apart. Being an online purchase, I thought I'd have problems. I sent a mail with pics and was advised to take the tent in to a store for someone to look at. I went into the Hyde Park store and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. I showed the problem, the consultant agreed and he then replaced my tent with a new one
