Terrible service by manager

<p>I bought a new bag for 450 at cape union mart and got told very good bag amy problems come back and exchange and the next day the zip comes off and I take it back for the manager to offer it to be fixed but will take 6 weeks and I am very resonance because I have a older bag that I bought at cape union mart and the zip also broke and I bought the new bag because I knew it would take long for repairs and now I will have payed 450 rand for nothing because I not see it even though I brought it for use while my other bag was in repairs and the manger at la Lucia branch was not helpful saying he won't make money if he exchanges the bag and I told him please follow up with other options and contact me and now it's 3 weeks later and still haven't heard from him so now I am not happy and would want a refund as the bag will not have any purpose if I send it in for repairs because it was only bought as temporary </p>
