TERRIBLE SERVICE AT BRANCH OF CAPE UNION MART CALLED TREAD AND MILLER MALL OF AFRICA

<p>I phoned cape union mart to find out if they had the colour khaki, make Merrell Rant and did not have it but they checked their system and they did have a pair at Tread And Miller at the Mall of Africa which is one of their branches, I phoned them and the shop assistant said they did have the COLOUR KHAKI WHICH I STRESSED and he will keep it aside for me and it was on sale . I made the arrangement to pick it up on Saturday. When I got there at first the assistant did not even know what I was talking about, then when I reminded him about my call then only he remembered then he brings me a chocolate Coloured shoe and I told him I wanted the KHAKI COLOURED SHOE. Then he said the khaki one is double the price. The first price on the phone was R799. Then the new price was R1349. For the same shoe, exactly the same only a different colour that was the difference in price. They said to me it was new stock. Now the shop opened only a year ago and why order new shoes when they could not sell the old stock. I went to Cape Union Mart only to find out that the new range was a black and blue. I did not buy the shoe after I went all the way to mall of africa</p>
