Terrible service and online site!!!!!

I ordererd the wrong size slippers worth R700 on 26/05/2021 , I phoned twice and sent emails, I was told that my order cannot be changed and then asked for a refund! And was told now I must wait 14 days, just because you cannot help someone fix it from 1 size to another, I would never recommend buying online from Cape Union Mart! This could have had a different outcome of someone would've helped me just change the size to another! Once the order was placed I phoned and sent emails within minutes!
