Terrible Service

I review this one star- because I can not rate a minus 1 star.

I urge the branch manager to please visit the Heidelber mall (Gauteng) Cape Union Mart. There is no service at all. Should I ask for assistance- they state that the staff are on lunch (this was 11:30).

I would rather drive to Eastgate- 50km from my hometown... than to visit our own branch in town. This has spoiled the whole Cape Union Mart franchise for me to be honest.

This is not the first incident. Me and my mother have had numerous bad experiances here at Heidelberg Cape Union Mart. Bad attitude should you ask something as well. Do they want to do business? I think not. They do NOT care about their customers.

I have an account with Cape Union- and it's my go to... always. But never again. Paying off the account and closing it. Done.....!!!!! I would rather spend my money at Due South- where there are actual people that want to assist.
