TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE AT CAPE UNION MART, CANAL WALK

I have had THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS STORE!!! I have called in to find out if they have an air mattress repair kit in-store. They made me wait on the phone for 20min! Each time removing me from being on hold, asking what I want, then promptly putting me back on hold for another session of waiting. Just to remove me from being put on hold, ask me what I want, then put me on hold again. I do not know what kind of customer service this is but I'm calling bull**** on the whole thing. Being made to wait on the phone for 20min and still get no help is *******. Cape Union Mart Canal Walk!!!!!!!I spoke to two ladies and two men and still got NO help. Instead they just kept putting me on hold, then sending the next person to answer my call. ABSOLUTE ******* CUSTOMER SERVICE
