Terrible online sales service

Do not order anything from Cape Union Mart online their service is terrible and their customer service does not reply to emails. Don't do online sales and take our money if you can't produce. When I go check the status and tracking of my items it remains in progress all the time nothing changes. Last time ever I will order anything online from them.
