TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER

I bought 2 items on 6 November 2023 for R898 at Cape Union Mart Ballito Junction and I got billed twice for the same amount on my RCS card and as a result the card went overlimit. I called their call centre and they said they couldn't help me and sent me to the shop and the shop. The shop could not help either because they said the problem is not on their side and sent me back to the call centre. I am still going back and forth to get this resolved without success.
