Terrible Customer Service

<p>My husband bought a pair of Merrell Reflex leather boots on the 18th of January 2017. They were discounted from R1999 to R1399. On the 22nd of April he returned them to your Tygervalley store as an eyelet from the laces had popped out. He was told repair would take 6-8 weeks. This week he phoned to enquire about the boots, after waiting 13 weeks and hearing nothing. He was told the shoes have gone missing. You also don't have these shoes anymore, and he can purchase a new pair for the amount he paid. We are not interested in this! He purchased the shoes 6 months ago and on special. It is only right, that after waiting 13 weeks, you replace his shoes with the equivalent pair of shoes, not based on a discounted price paid 6 months ago. Please could someone from your head office respond, I don't believe we are being unreasonable here.</p>
