suunto ambit 2s...purchsed from tnis store

I purchsed a suunto ambit 2s watch from this store.... I noticed the battery runs down in half the time its supposed to during gps mode and normal mode. Took it in for checking out on the 29th June ,monday. I was told it has to be sent away. Popped into the store on the Thursday to check or get an update. I was told watch is probably still on its way to Suunto....apparently in Guateng. They could not check for me and theycould not give me any positive feedback on the watch or progress. I insisted they give me a number to call, which they did. I called this number in Guateng a few times, only to get voivemail.....<br> VERY concerned at this service and also at Suunto service....are there no workshops in Cape Town that can see to their repairs. Also why is a new watch giving problems.... I was considering a Garmin but went with Suunto.<br> will I regret this? I hope someone from Suunto contacts me soon. I'm really not happy.
