super bad service

<p>We ordered a jacket from the Baywest branch seeing that they did not have the right size there. They "ordered" one from Bloemfontein and more than a month later when we went in (never heard a word from them) was told the sales lady wrote down the incorrect item code and they never placed the order. The code does not even exist. And now they are sold out so no way to trace or even try to find another one sinewhere else.. Really upset, but seem they are known for bad service!!!!</p>
