Super bad experience

Hi everyone

Just want to share my super bad experience I had yesterday at Cape union mart Tygervalley... I went to return I poor quality product that I only had 3 months , however I was told very rudely by the Zea that I can not bring the product back because its not their fault and there's nothing they can do about it ... The product mechanism is faulty and the more I was trying not to lose my cool because why you fighting me about a product that's still under warranty which clearly state on the till slip..I felt so belittled and bad as a customer and if I knew that would be the result il rather take my hard earn money else where.
