Still waiting for a call back over a week now !!!

I will wait for someone to call me it's been more than a week. Will I receive a call next year January only. You guys are surely not giving excellent customer service.

After sale service really sucks and I will not stop posting negative reviews until this is resolved it's not like I spend a little money lots thousands. I want this sorted out ASAP
