STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED FOR OVER A MONTH

I still have not been contacted despite being told I would be!!!!! This is frustrating as I go to the store. They tell me someone would contact me to sort out my problem and I still have not been contacted. This is extremely frustrating and pathetic service from Cape union. I posted previously and was promised the same yet no one has contacted me yet.
