Stay away from Cape Union Mart

The biggest mistake I have ever done was making an online order with this company. 15 days later I have not received my orders. There is no sense of urgency nor understanding when it comes to them understanding the situation and frustration that you might be experiencing.

15 days ago i placed the order, it was left on pending till i called to check the status. I still had to call to check where my package was. Only then was it delivered to the wrong store, they pleaded that it would be interbranched to the correct store till today I’m waiting without proper communication nor ease of mind as to how they will handle my query. This has been the worst experience and service I have ever received when ordering on an online store. Even these Chinese shops give proper service then the what I have received. Please cancel my order and give me back my money
