Some people are deaf, you know?

I have been trying to get hold of someone, anyone, at the Cape Union Mart HQ, to complain about shoddy K-Way clothing I bought from them, but they have no e-mail addresses on their websites, just phone numbers. Being deaf, there is no way I can phone them at all. The only e-mail I could find was for someone working with sponsorships but they refused to forward my complaint.
