Solomons Sold by Cape Union Mart

October 2014 I bought a pair of Solomon Speed Cross 3 for my husband from another retailer, he loves his speed cross and wears them a lot. December 2014 I bought him another pair from Cape Union Mart Menlyn, February we noticed that the soles were coming undone took them back in March 2015 seeing as we paid R1 800 for them the shoes was sent back to the Solomon's distributes in Cape Town knowing it will take 4 - 6 weeks we were informed that the shoes funds were credited and that a new pair could be picked we only returned to the shop beginning of May and picked a new pair of Solomon's only to find the soles coming UN done returning them on 20 September 2015 customer repair number 34498 only for them to tell us a second time Solomon's are meant for tough and ruff terrain and snow weather and not every day shoes then I asked yet again what is the shoes doing in South Africa, do you know how many people wear Solomon's for every day use. Yesterday 22 September 2015 we were informed that the shoes have been repaired and not replace this in unacceptable should it have been shoes of R400 different story
